“Friends, do you see it? He never comes as we expect him, and he’s so easy to miss. But Christ rides into the pandemic. Christ in your moments of hope; Christ in the community coming together across distance; Christ in the way we are known and remembered in the hour of our loss and death. Christ right beside you, and beside me, this Holy Week. We are not alone. Amen.”
